Standardization and Conformance Improvements

• #2028 Secure Kafka (SASL_SSL) and Secure Schema Registry (Basic Auth) registry is now correctly usable with error-topic-sending.

Menas Improvements

• #1919 Added ability to lock and unlock an entity. A locked entity will forbid any update operation
• #2004 Locked entities will display a locked icon near the name and editing the said entity will be not be allowed

Menas Fixes

• #1972 Fixed occasional incorrect info date display in monitoring UI due to summer time adjustment
